Have been experiencing very hard shifting (frontend of truck jumps up) when transmission is shifted into reverse or drive after being driven for awhile and is at normal temp.. It almost feels like the transmission pressure is not dropping when changing direction.

Change the manual transmission gear lube to Redline MT-90.It will help it shift smoother all around.All Jeeps have some problems getting into reverse because there is NO synchronizer for reverse.I always put the clutch in and go from 5th to reverse.
