It should be roughly equal to the number of weeks of pregnancy, usually with a variation of one or two centimeters in either direction. So, at 20 weeks, your fundal height should be measuring at somewhere between 18-22 centimeters. I consistently measured 3-4 weeks ahead but was always told it’s not an accurate indication of how big baby is and it won’t change your due date.
