My 64 Malibu SS had standard rivets and MVD impounded the car, removed the VIN and assigned a state issued VIN that killed the value of the car. This was done because they said the rivets were not the correct type.The 68-up rivets can be used in a 67 and earlier but need to have the black paint removed from them to be correct. If yours are not rosette style they have been replaced. The VIN rivets on my 67 parts car (door jam) look like regular stainless steel rivets. I don't know the laws in Turkey, but here in the USA, anybody in the same position as the OP should be aware that reattaching a VIN tag that has been removed for any reason is committing a felony. The North Carolina State Trooper has stated my serial number plate, for my 1951 Chevy, should be attached with WELDS. I have told the trooper that his information is incorrect.
