Feeling hugely discouraged after UWSA 1. Hey I got a 247 step 1, did well on all the shelfs throughout the year and still got a 230 on USWA1. I think it was just a hard test. Got 191 on UWSA-1 on 9-04-19 and 207 on 9-08-19; took step 3 on either last week in August (2019) (tue and fri) or first week September (2019) (tue and fri). Got my score report on 09-18-19. I usually get 80-84% on CMS forms and around 80s on uworld (2nd pass). With my exam being in 10 days and after reading many scary ...Imo, the nbme are way easy than the actual deal and uworld sa is difficult . Evry question is deep rooted.. the real exam has like 20 30% of those. Like long vignettes with one line favouring each of the four options to confuse you. Uwsa is full of these. Good luck! 192 is low but okay since you haven't done uworld. Try to do 100questions per day for uworld (very difficult task). You will be done in a month. And after that , you can read first aid in 2 weeks. Take an nbme and see ,where you stand. After my first read of first aid I gave UWSA 1. Got 192. NBME is obviously going to better predict your score, and converting a % from NBME with the score converter is obviously really flawed. 60% on an NBME gives you 80% probability of passing, yet it's a fail on the score converter.
