I see both "60fps_totk" and "DynamicFPSv1.3" in the Add-Ons section and both are enabled, using Vulkan, GPU is set to High, Vsync is disabled, and Use Fast GPU Time is disabled, yet my game is reporting a locked 30 FPS and unlocking the Speed Percent causes 60 fps and 2x speed.AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D. AMD RX6700XT. 2x16GB DDR4 3.2GHz. M.2 SSD Gen3. B450M MoBo. My PC is 2+ years old with these specs: 5800X, RTX 3070 (GPU doesn't matter much for emu), 16GB ram, nvme, Win11. Let me check my performance chart here, hmm yes, that exact setup will get you 43.868 fps at 1080p. An 11th gen won't reach 60 FPS in heavy areas.
