It is possible that you have two repos that have the same source thus leading two duplicates. it is just exactly Tachiyomi. and it is not that hard to transfer your progress anyway. just create the backup from Tachiyomi then restore it to Mihon using that backup. then add those repos. i don't think you will need to reinstall the extensions since mine is still working fine after using repos.
