Sep 18, 2016 · Anybody know any more info on this issue. Reading a 1690 code and oil wasn't low. It's a 2008 sea doo 215 wake edition with 126 hours. It would run fine until a little above idle speed. Around 10mph. Then the alarm would go off and oil would display on the display and code 1690 would pop up also. The digital readout on the dash cluster was where the code came up.I purchased a Candoo pro diagnostic tool and rest the TPS.So far it has been fine,but the reason for the reset is still bothering me.Usually there is a reason for the this to be out and could not find anything obvious.Checked throttle connectors and saftey switches along with ...Although generic, the specific repair steps may vary depending on make/model.
