Geico seems to be the cheapest one so far. As you can see in the pictures it says "Start your policy now for $47.43".Got the same bs from geico. Recently tried to get a quote from them for a rebuilt car in FL and got the same request for a paper application which mysteriously can't be faxed or emailed but had to be sent through snail mail. Tried with progressive and was told that the car had been reported stolen by an insurance carrier.
