The Q70 bus is free and no need to use MTA card. The bus goes to LaGuardia Airport and stops at Terminal B and Terminal C. If you taking subway E, F, R, M get off at Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Avenue. For the 7 train get off at 74 St-Broadway. As you exit the subway station look for signs for Q70 to LaGuardia Airport. In a post several weeks ago, someone said that due to construction at LGA the Q70 bus stop is now on the upper level, opposite the area where the escalators down to the food court are located.
