Again, this is a great forum and I have benefited from many tips including adjustment procedures and parts diagrams for this device from past topics. I would like to ask the following questions still and appreciate your inputs. 1. I will be buying a new Brake Proportioning Valve and Valve Spring.An electronically controlled proportioning valve (ECV) will take an electrical input signal (usually 4 to 20 mA) and proportion the amount of flow through a pipe from fully closed to fully open. These valves are used in industrial automation controls as proportional actuators and other industrial control applications.Maybe so but adjusting the proportioning valve only effects the rear brakes. What you have done is lessen your braking ability, I don't see how that can help in any situation. The LC has 4 wheel sensors but the two rear wheels are paired together and controlled as one. The Camry has 4 wheel sensors and all 4 wheels are controlled individually.
