I have since been under the car and identified the leak is coming from my power steering rack. The rack seems to be leaking where the steering shaft enters the rack, where the 2 hoses connect. From what I've seen the seal kit is $40 plus shipping, and you can buy a used rack for about $50.
I managed to reuse (3) of the (4) ends and bent the brake line to conform to the original lines. Everything is reassembled filled with power steering fluid, bled the system , road tested the vehicle and everything works great, NO LEAKS.
