Discreet Inquiry is one of those feats that's useful in a specific type of adventure. In most settings, there's no need to worry about it. In any environment where information is valuable and surveillance is pervasive, the ability to go around and ask questions without being spied on is very useful. Choose a muse as you would if you were a bard. You have that muse for all purposes, allowing you to take that muse's feats, but you don't gain any of the other abilities it grants. Cha prime stat, can cast illusions. Set your Party size and Party Level, and choose your Encounter Difficulty. Use the buttons to open slots for each creature at your preferred levels. You are limited up to the Budget XP for the encounter. Click on an empty slot to search for a creature of that level. Yeah, that's not great for the archetypes. Focus Spells: Counter Performance, Lingering Composition. Cantrips: Shield, Daze, Telekinetic Projectile, Light, Read the Air.
