I love RotMG's art style, and how combat feels, but I just can't deal with the perma-death mechanics. Maybe I'm not "gamer" enough, but I think a game like RotMG just without perma-death would be a really fun experience. I'd be okay with a slower leveling process and getting gear slower (which would make sense, without perma-death). Just the idea of a top-down bullet hell RPG is really cool on ...Fixes & Changes. It definitely is addicting, but I agree that the game is in the best place it's ever been. 3 of my 4 favorite RotMG updates ever happened this year.
