Sep 11, 2022 · Event Description. Orangetheory Fitness Dri Tri is a bi-annual event run at OTF studios in March and September. It’s a celebration of fitness and community as members participate together to measure their fitness success. The event includes a 2000m row using waterrowers, 300 body weight reps of exercises, an finishes with a 5k run.30 sec of lateral bound to squat jump. 30 sec of front loaded alt reverse lunge. 30 sec of bicep curl to upper cut. 30 sec of lateral bound to squat jump. Row Block 2 - 3 minutes. 200m AO row. 20 x foot exchanges. Check distance at end of block, try to match or beat your distance from block 1. Floor Block 3.

It is 12.4 for the older bikes and 7.8 for the newer bikes.
