Older snap on box
Dec 8, 2005. #1. I just bought a twenty-year old Snap-On box that has friction slides for all the drawers except the bottom one. The slides are sticky since the previous owner had lubricated them with a heavy grease. I'm planning on taking off and cleaning all the drawers and slides but didn't know what lubricant to use afterwards.On the back of ea box / cabinet on the top right will be a tag with the model #. That Snap on 7 drawer roll away tool box is a KRA 4107 and the exact same as mine I purchased in 2000 off the Snap on truck , I paid $2700 for it. I've seen that same roll away ( used ) going for $800. Your tool boxes and cabinet look like early 2000 production date.
