I just looked in my Northern catalog.. the 30 horse dozer with front blade is over $16k and add a rear backhoe and the price goes up to almost $25k! Wow. For $25k I can buy a older D6 and have enough money left over to get a 580 Case backhoe! And probably still have money left over.

Then unscrew the hand primer and use it to push fuel. If fuel comes out the loosened fitting, the hand pump is still good. If there is no flow, the next step is to isolate the cause on the low pressure side. It's likely either the hand primer or one of the fuel screens. If there is fuel, tighten that fitting back up.
