Having trouble with the PTO in my 1086, started in the spring, push the lever forwards and it would go all the way without the PTO engaging, after 5 seconds or so the PTO would snap on. Did this for a little while then got to the point I could push the lever all the way forwards and nothing would happen for 30 seconds, move ...t4.75 just will not start. I have a 2011 T4.75 with 300 hours. No major problems to date. Parked it one day last week. Now it will not engage the solenoid/starter (no click, no crank). Dash lights come on. Your Ford 1320 probably has a PTO safety switch that is activated because the PTO is engaged, this is why the tractor won't start. Jumper the PTO safety switch wires and it should start.
