I found a wounding minigun once, and it's one of the best weapons I've ever had. It does more damage than explosive (25 vs 15), it is spread over 5 seconds but the minigun has such a high rate of fire that it will continuously do bleeding damage and kill most enemies within those 5 seconds. I would keep this one, you can always try again for explosive if you find another legendary minigun later.Minigun does a base damage of 8. The tri-barrel adds 3 to that, which doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a 37.5% increase. It also increases the range and accuracy. The main benefit of the tri-barrel though is ammo conservation.
