Shot 50 rounds the first night of Remington 115 round nose and had the gun jam twice. Both times it jamed was on a the first bullet of the magazine. I'm going to suggest you contact Kimbers customer service and discuss the problem with them. There were a series of Micro's put out with defective slide stops and Kimber was able to recognize the problem and simply sent out new slide stops to the owners. From time to time, we do upgrade the parts on Micro 9s to increase the Remove slide, the firing plate slides out, and the firing pin/spring drop right out. Clean the pin, spring, and firing pin hole. The stock mainspring is pretty stiff, so light strikes are almost impossible. Unless the pin is sticky due to lube/grease.
