The "Great Library" is in Black Scratch with all (or most) blueprints in the game. Interesting, I never found any AI cores to steal. This isn't accurate but for example the hub might have a merchant that buys iron at a high price, while squinn merchants buy iron at a low price, but buy copper at a high price so to maximise profit you would sell copper at squinn and iron at the hub.
