If the shift linkage is misadjusted, or the safety switch faulty or disconnected, the starter will not function. It was running I turned it off now it will not start. It turns over fine just will not start. No lights are on just the normal glow plug light when you first turn the key on. Try installing a new fuel filter. I know you said that you have fuel up at the pump. I understand that. But a new fuel filter is due at 800 hours if I recall with a 4010 Trans Diesel anyway. If the battery voltage is over 13 VDC, then keep the multi-meter hooked to the battery and shut the engine off. Kawasaki mule 610 new battery but little to no power to solenoid. Fully charged starter makes rapid clicking noise. When attacked to battery jump starter it will start.
