My parents did the mistake of giving the customer their phone number, in which in a span of 20 minutes, my mom’s account was locked out of the instacart app.Haven’t been able to change my phone number for months. I got a new phone number back in August and when I go into my shopper profile to change the number, it wants me to verify first with a code sent to either my email or as a text. Text doesn’t work because it’s getting sent to the old number which is no longer in service.
