This has been happening frequently recently to good customers. I have wondered if your account has been used by scammers to place bogus orders to take over shopper accounts. When the hacked shopper accounts are finally flagged and deactivated, I wonder if it's throwing up a fraud alert on the original customer account used.The email from "instacart" was almost identical to the real one I've gotten in the past.
