Posted November 26, 2017. If there is no special tool to remove, i would use a dremel to put a slot across the head of the bolt and then use a flat blade screwdriver to remove. Put the key in the ignition on setting 1 (first click) then look underneath the steering, view the barrel shaft which should be horizontaly, you should see a small hole. get something to poke in that hole IE allen key, then the barrel should pop out.
