(mine was transferred from TSC to NBC to FO) and e2e it was about 3 months till card in hand.i-485 (concurrent, mid June 2021) then transferred to NBC in early September, to FO the 1 day after. In general, the I485 has to be routed to the local field office for an eventual interview. This goes through NBC.. As to if it is getting closer, I would say yes, but of course that is dependent on how backed up your local field office is.A transfer notice will be issued to the Form I-485 applicant (and attorney of record, if applicable) once the application is sent to NBC for continued adjudication.
