I don't recall off hand what that is. it is right about 70mm. any wheel with the right hub bore will be centered on the hub (hubcentric). if it is too big then the wheel will be centered by the lug nuts and be lugcentric.

Garfield told me that he autocrossed a couple of times on wheels with no hub-centric ring with no problems, but I wouldn't recommend it.
