I started my own kingdom, but have had 3-4 kingdoms at war with me at a time. I cant scour the map for other leaders to try diplomacy as I'm constantly defending the two fiefs I have. I did manage to recruit a noble to join me, but it doesnt give me any indication if their fiefs get attacked, so keep losing their castle over and over.How to Create a Kingdom in Bannerlord. My strategy is usually: wait till somebody else declares war on your enermy and peace out. I wanted to get Trade to 300 and *buy* my own kingdom, but I can't do that before the main quest timer expires. You can still make your own kingdom after the "main quest" expires.
