The rubber seal around my sunroof is looking pretty cracked, and it's swelled up a bit at the back. So far, no actual seal problems (I pretty much never use the thing anyway), but I feel like replacing it might be a good idea. The roof seals have nothing to do with it. You replace them and they will look the same within 2 years. The drains have small restrictions in them that allows any debris to plug them.
