I admittedly don't really know the extent of what it's capable of but it has a very convenient way of importing and exporting NARC files into the ROM by clicking the little DS looking icon near the top. In Rumble World & Blast they don't have shiny Pokemon, sorry. In Rumble for Wii and Rumble U for Wii U the shiny odds are 1/8,192. Rush is shut down and has no shinies.
