That looks like its made for a car. The one on my cab has the grooved male stud that connects to the wiper arm sticking directly out of the motor. So mine has a hole for that stud to protrude through the front of the roof panel and then the 2 or 3 smaller holes where bolts go through the roof into the housing to hold the motor in place.615.
