This is how I flush the heater core on any vehicle, for 2 reasons. One being, it's much easier to flush them next time because they will most likely get fill...a) carefully rev the engine in park/neutral up (3-4000 rpm should be enough) for short spurts. b) take it on a drive where you do some hard accelerating.
