The 365 smooths out and decreases in weight with use. It is amazing what some real old fashioned oil will do for the trigger parts. So most likely any differences are natural variations. Features a non-distressed Nitron slide, TiN gold barrel and trigger, laser engraved grip modules, optics-ready slide and a challenge coin. Looks cool!The first P365 offered in the X family, the XL comes standard with an extended slide, 3.7" barrel, and the brand new P365 X Grip Module with extended beavertail and integrated magwell.
