Basically if you want to give a gift you need to make sure the other person doesn't have the item, wants it, and will be able to get online to receive it (and will notice they've received it) within the next 14 days or you risk being stuck with a useless item. At least until you can find someone else to gift it to.I'm not even asking to enable it in my 10 alt accounts, I only want it in my main, wait more than a week for a response in my appeal, for the moment I will not renew my ESO plus, will not pay a single $ anymore for a company that doesn't care for me, I'm waiting my gifting function to be enabled so I can do a 1 year sub and buy gold road...…
