Im not saying its fair or right, but why or when should these delivery services give a refund which costs them more money when they can just deny the customers claim without any repercussions...This is not applicable to the situation because in this case Uber Eats themselves or the restaurant themselves cancelled the order and Uber Eats told the user it was cancelled but no refund, within seconds of the user placing the order and spending their hard earned cash.
