Well catalysts are not exotic drops. Catalysts drop from specific things as detailed on the catalyst screen. Its rng. People never understand this. Drop rates for legend lost sectors hover around 20 to 25 percent. To be able to target farm an area, thats exceptional. If you want to put the so called skill to work, than do masters and enjoy the better drop rate.
