Deluge not downloading
Try not to groan! Just downloaded deluge and followed Torguards instructions regarding the proxy to the letter. Went to download my first torrent and it's not downloading. Theres a red dot at the bottom that says no incoming connections. When I press it it takes me to the preferences window...I pressed 'test active port' and it gave me a yellow ...This does not solve the problem: a torrent that I am able to download in a few minutes with transmission is indefinitely stuck at 0% progress in deluge despite having seeders. It may be worth noting that when I restart the deluge daemon and run deluge-console info, it sometimes shows small progress around 100KB before going back to 0.
