Just curious about what the general consensus seems to be about using Vortex for Nexus Mods. It sounded useful, but it didn't seem to work super well when I tried it (I could've messed up or made a mistake in trying to use it for Cyberpunk too soon). Also there was like 2 out of my 120 mods I had to install manually. In the end with vortex you can create another profile or unistall mods without reinstalling whole game.
