I’ve contacted CVT and asked for a refund and to have someone pick this thing up. Really disappointing when you spend $3k on a piece of gear and they totally blow it on a critical component. And this was on flat highway — there’s a 0% chance these latches hold up using this as intended on dirt or fire roads.I've had Cognito stuff on my 2500 for ~10 years and been very happy with longevity and quality.
