Otherwise they sound almost identical to stock tips. All I have for iem's is the Moondrop Kato which I got after my Shure se-315's broke. All I can say is that I am really happy that my Shure's broke!!! I am looking at either a Blessing 2, Blessing 2 Dusk, variations or something under the $500 range. I struggled with the fit because the nozzles are huge so I was able to try some other things in the same price bracket to find what I wanted. The IE300 for Sennheiser- Single DD setup that's a bit bassy and bit v shaped. The nozzle is very small and fits in your ear almost flush.

The Moondrop Blessing 2 is the IEM that has impressed me the most. The midrange on the Blessing 2 is truly spectacular. The mids are even, and linear with very natural tonality to them. It was especially noticeable in the bass, which still sounded a bit smeared and smoothed over compared to the Timeless despite being quite clean. I could see the Timeless being a companion piece if you value that incisive quality. Based on the measurements here it seems the Dusk version Blessing 2 has become my favorite iem ever after spending just a couple of hours with it. But, the jump from chu to hexa would be much more significant than the jump from hexa to blessing 2. The point of diminishing returns start at different places for different people. The degree varies. Hifiman is infamous for its QC. You can search for QC issues for each brand in r/headphones. QC-wise, Sennheiser and beyerdynamic are very good. None of these will be close to that. Edit: Talking about fit, blessing 2 (and dusk) is infamous for its chonky nozzle.
