I tried that but the sacred relic sword damage was really underwhelming. It has the most powerful weapon art in the game and it's raw damage is about 3% lower than Blasphemous which is insane... On my 80 str 80 Dex 80 Faith build both are over 1100 AR.Level 2 grafted is actually equivalent to level 5 regular, so no wonder it does "same damage". Upgrade the regular greatsword. Not to mention you can put any ash you want on the greatsword, and then heavy infuse it, giving you way better scaling. So no, grafted is not better statistically. It may look cooler, but it's not BETTER.
