We replaced the CV axle and CV axle seal on my 1995 Toy

At dealer shop rates, it's probably close to $$700 for labor and then the seals, gear oil, misc. shop supplies, etc. I also recommend finding an independent shop instead of the dealer if you want to replace the seals.On August 6th, TSB DL002-03 titled REAR AXLE SEAL DESIGN CHANGE was issued. This TSB is applicable to '01 - '02 Sequoia, '95 - '02 Tacoma & '00 - '02 Tundra. The TSB states "The rear axle seal lip design has been changed from a flat face type to an angled face type." Another TSB, DL003-03, was issued October 1st.The axle seal is definitely leaking right at the differntial. I will take a pic and post it in this afternoon, and the cv upper cv boot is slinging a little grease right at the small of the cone.It is not clicking and seems to be fine just greasy sludge @ the tie rods &boot. Refilled the differential to the fill hole level. it lasted about 500 miles.
