I'd add 1 adept returning weapon from d1 each season to chase as well obtained from completing a grindy quest which could be obtained each week iron banner returns and could be done 3 times for each character in addition to the regular quest. Say complete 40 iron banner matches win 20 of them and get 150 kills with whatever the adept weapon is.Comparing the two, the adept is a general buff to the weapon and is superior to a non-adept weapon without question. When compared to a weapon with identical masterwork, but enhanced perks, it now depends on which perks are equipped, and what the enhanced mod changes. There is also the question of the adept mods.
