4runner arb bumper 3rd gen
I am selling custom front and rear bumper plans based on the bumpers I built for my third gen 4Runner. The front bumper mounts and winch plate are 1/4" thick steel. The front bumper mounts directly to the 4Runner frame, using a total of 14 bolts. The frame rail ends will need to be cut off, similar to mounting an ARB bumper.My calculations above are based on the actual weight of the bumper, winch, fairlead, high lift and misc that I have on my garage floor. I'm at 198lbs net when I subtract 28lbs for the front (stock) bumper. According to arb/ome documentation the 881s are supposed to only do 1.25-1.5" of lift and support up to 240lbs over stock up front.
