The shop that did mine recommended gear oil changes every 10k miles on anything above 4.56 because the higher pinion speed generates more heat and breaks down the oil faster. Also having 4.30s helps keep everything the way you were used to it as far as basic driving goes, speed on the interstate, mpg etc. 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel - 4:88 Gears - I hear F450s are running 4:88 gears.I do not recommend 37s on a D30 front axle.
