As far as concealment goes, I don't think there would be much of a difference between the 365 and XL, but the trade-off in performance and comfort would be significant between the two - i.e., the 365 is going to be more uncomfortable to shoot, and more difficult to train with. Plus you can get a 15rd mag without it looking unbalanced.The x compact shoots the best but the xl with the macro grip is very close and is much more comfortable to carry all day. Not a huge difference between the xl and the xl-macro but enough to notice on the timer. Big difference between the standard 365 and the xl-macro. The P365 has an excellent trigger, even better then the Glock. I'd recommend buying both actually but if concealed carry is the purpose then the P365.
