Remove the float bowl, get a single bristle from a wire brush and see if you can stick it through the pilot jet to unclog it. I have to hold the choke in the pulled out position for about 30 seconds before I can release it, and the idle speed can keep the bike running.Where is the turn signal relay (Honda p/n: 3801-MBW-D21) located on the VTX-1300? My front & rear signals on the right side only, are acting erratically; quick flash, slow flash, no flash, regular flash, etc.. I checked all the bulbs and they are fine. But it takes a lot for it to come on, especially if you run aftermarket pipes, it makes it run cooler.
