This 1974 D dime looks off color and has some reeding missing on one part of the coin. The rest of the reeding is light and hard to see. It almost looks like the W in WE is under the rim of the coin. In my opinion, the coin was damaged outside of the mint. It looks like someone removed the material from the outside diameter or the reverse.
