Today on Kentucky Ballistics we shoot some 10% ballistic gel with the Underwood Ammo Xtreme series 10mm ammunition. We use the Xtreme Hunter, Xtreme Defender...24.1gr. Max Pressure (SAAMI) 35,000psi. 37,500psi. From the cartridge measurements and specifications, it should jump out immediately that the 10mm Auto is a larger round than the 9mm. 10MM cartridges can hold much heavier bullets than the 9mm with some hunting and self-defense rounds coming in at 180-200gr.
